I have a free period. Wow, I actually have a free period at school. Hmm... nothing to do really.. it's last period and it's really rainy outside, so I'm stuck inside the library without any real homework.

Must... download more music...

Hmm...

THE ROCKETS BEAT THE PACERS! WOO! We beat the best team in the East, and for that matter, the team with the best record in the NBA (or USED TO, HAHAHA). =D Simply amazing, everyone had to take their game to another level. You could practically see the weight on everyone's shoulders.

I'm sorta glad this week's over. Alotta tests, not alotta time to study... more time for exercising and weights, etc. I need to finish college apps. Jesus, I REALLY need to finish college apps. x.x;;;

Trebek: Okay, Calista Flockhart, why don't you pick a category?

Flockhart: Um no...pass.

Trebek: You'll pass. Very smart. Mr. Connery, why don't you pick?

Connery: Ah! Well met! I'll take Months That Start With Feb, Trebek.

Trebek: For how much?

Connery: Suprise me, you filthy bastard!

Trebek: Okay, that's completely unnecessary. Months That Start With Feb for $800. This is the only month that starts with Feb. [ Sean Connery buzzes in ] Mr. Connery?

Connery: Febtober!

Trebek: No. [ Calista Flockhart buzzes in ]
Calista Flockhart.

Flockhart: What is...Febturday?

Trebek: No.

Connery: She said turd!

Trebek: I hate you! The answer was February. That's the month that starts with Feb. It was last month!

Connery: Aha! A trick question!

*hears mom walk in the front dear*
*hears mom walk into the kitchen*
Mom: GREEEG! Why is the present still here? COME DOWN HERE, GREG..
Me: I can't... I have a bad fever, and I'm really dizzy...
*mom storms upstairs*
Mom: Of course, you'd have a fever if you were out all day, neglecting everything else! You're supposed to clean the house when I'm out!
Me: Don't yell at me... I was busy doing the Christmas shopping for the family!... the same shopping other members of this household neglected to do!
Mom: Just tell me WHY the gift downstairs!!
Me: Uncle gave me the wrong gift to bring to the office... sorry...
Mom: Well, get up and go! You should've brought it when you came back home!!
Me: I was really dizzy... I came back home and found the gift next to your papers, and by that time I realized it was rush hour and offices were closing... sorry...
Mom: HOW WOULD YOU KNOW!! YOU LISTEN TO THAT... THAT MUSIC STATION!!
Me: *irritated* ...which updates major road and highway traffic reports every 20 minutes...
Mom: EXCUSES! You're so lazy! It's your fault; you know you're gonna get sick with all those people in the malls!
Me: *held-back anger* LAZY?! I woke up earlier than you to do something YOU were too busy to do!! And the PRESENT?! You can't forget to bring something you were never told to bring!! All YOU ever do is obsess about your business and complain about YOUR OH-SO-LAZY OFFSPRING!! YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS BETTER THAN ME AND RANDY!!
Mom: *slurred cursing in foreign language* YOU'RE ALWAYS JUST A BURDEN! *more cursing* You're the reason why this family is so dysfunctional! AT LEAST MY PATIENTS PAY ME!!
Me: *sobbing* WELL, I SYMPATHIZE FOR YOU, MOM, FOR THAT MISSING WALLET AND INSTRUCTION MANUAL IN THE DELIVERY ROOM.
Mom: *incomprehensible shouting* HEY! I won't take that from you!! You're not even PART of this family! You're a MISTAKE! YOU'RE LUCKY WE'RE STILL FINNANCIALLY SUPPORTING YOU!
Me: *massive sobbing and yelling, inexpressible with even all caps and font tags* Awww, so I'm just lucky... *sob..* on account of your ditziness and lack of parenting abilities, that you haven't calculated a monetary value on your sons yet... if you did, I might actually be sold to family who thinks of a son as more than a product of a broken condom and heavy intoxication..
Mom: WHY WOULD I SELL RANDY! MAYBE WE SHOULD JUST SELL YOU! No parent deserves this!
Me: You DARE still give yourself that title after all this... GO TO HELL!
Mom: YOU go to hell!
Me: ...YOU'RE OLDER! *runs off*

w00t, bitch.

Aite now.. here's the breakdown of my week.

Mon-Thurs, finals, finals, FINALS.

Monday was AC Physics stuff... pretty easy after 7 STRAIGHT HOURS OF STUDYING. X.X; Sometimes, I write that theta symbol instead of an O, and when I sleep... I see arrows attached to centers of mass... =O

Tues was Spanish 5 and AC English... maaayn, I ACED that English final. I can't remember feeling so confident after a final EVER. The tape recorder that was part of our Spanish exam, to say words for us to translate, kinda broke, so we got an extention. Wed, I was exempt from my Theology course, World History was iffy, at best. Thurs, I was ALMOST exempt from Art History, and AP Calc... I just screwed over, so I could get THE HELL AWAY from school 45 minutes earlier, and start my vacation! XD

Later that day, I saw LOTR with Vincent and saw some old friends in the theatre. I sorta freaked him out going a bit close to 100 on the beltway, and enjoying the excessive body roll on my turns. I love driving!

I bought a giant soda but neglected drinking it from all the stuff going on in the movie. Legolas amuses me; he's in the movie to look good, shoot arrows and make 14-year old girls giggle, nothing else. The movie overall, was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME, especially the scene with the army of the cursed. But damn, I think the movie JUST wouldn't end; I got ready to stand up about 4 times in the last 30 minutes.

Today, I drove to school to drop off a few senior project service forms, and I took 59 back.. got fuckin LOST like the idiot I am... I kept going until I saw a sign that said..

<-- San Antonio | Downtown -->

There I am... oh shit... I call up Gerber and THANK GOD, with the use of a keymap and 45 minutes of driving, I got home. I owe you BIG TIME, Chris. =) I went back out to the mall, then picked up Randy, got a haircut, went home. I twisted my ankle a lil' while trying a new crossover, then afterwards, I started making ALL my shots. WTF.. lol =P

So now, I'm about to shower and go to a friend's grad party. Can't wait... leave a message, guys!

Someone puts rox in my sox.
I am going to light up the stage with my singing tonight.
HAHA, you fell for that one. =P
Alex is very amusing. Thanks, Alex!

And now, an insightful excerpt of an AIM conversation!

SoLiD SnAkE3120: ..I've philosophized
SoLiD SnAkE3120: and reasoned to a true and honest statement
SoLiD SnAkE3120: that is not based on my emotions of anger and jealousy
SoLiD SnAkE3120: but it is based on reasoning..and not the kind that is clouded by biased thoughts and emotions
SoLiD SnAkE3120: but pure indifferent reasoning
SoLiD SnAkE3120: girls are literally evil
SoLiD SnAkE3120: pure evil!!!!!!
SoLiD SnAkE3120: GIRLS ARE OF THE EVIL SPIRIT!
SoLiD SnAkE3120: ..no wonder priests live celebate lives

WOO!

Any of you guys watch Everwood? I love it; the show rocks and I really don't care what any of you think. It's the kind of show that's entertaining, BUT also makes you think about your life. There's so much more that makes a truly great show than witty dialogue, sex appeal and pop culture; I think a great show is one that truly makes you re-examine your life.

To show you an example, here's a really neat quote from one of the characters (Ephram). The episode had a scene about the 'tragic flaws' of literature characters, and it sorta played out into the tragic flaws of the characters on the show. He has to write a paper on his own tragic flaw, which turns into a monologue at the end of the episode:

"The more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm not sure who the first person was who said that. Probably Shakespeare. Or maybe Sting. But at the moment, it's the sentence that best explains my tragic flaw: my inability to change.

I don't think I'm alone in this. The more I get to know other people, the more I realize it's kind of everyone's flaw. Staying exactly the same for as long as possible, standing perfectly still... It feels better somehow. And if you are suffering, at least the pain is familiar. Because if you took that leap of faith, went outside the box, did something unexpected... Who knows what other pain might be waiting out there. Chances are it could be even worse.

So you maintain the status quo. Choose the road already traveled and it doesn't seem that bad. Not as far as flaws go. You're not a drug addict. You're not killing anyone... Except maybe yourself a little.

When we finally do change, I don't think it happens like an earthquake or an explosion, where all of a sudden we're like this different person. I think it's smaller than that. The kind of thing most people wouldn't even notice unless they looked at us really, really close. Which, thank God, they never do. But you notice it. Inside you that change feels like a world of difference. And you hope this is it. This is the person you get to be forever... that you'll never have to change again."

Bolts of lightning struck the earth
and gave the world balance and
growth."

Some examples of the Elfin Form are Demeter (Greek)
and Khepry (Egyptian).
The Elfin is associated with the concept of growth
and balance, the number 6, and the element of
water.
Her sign is the half moon.

As a member of Form 6, you are a very balanced
individual. You can easily adapt to most
situations and you may be a good social
chameleon. You aren't afraid of changes in
your life, but sometimes you evolve too
rapidly, leaving others to think that you are
leaving them behind.
FOUR-DAY WEEKEND!! WOO!!

Anyway, it's been a stressful week when everything in taken into account. Waay too many quizzes and POP TESTS... what the hell is THAT? Isn't a "pop test" an oxymoron? Lately, I haven't been able to think with linearity and clarity or do things with the passion I once had. I miss you, Laura. =(

I've been practicing some casual composition lately, moreso than ever. Basketball is still one of my priorities though, along with Smash Brothers... hehe... =D

Anyway, I've gotten way too many detentions already and most likely will get more. I'll update maybe later. I feel odd right now. =)

FOLY HUCK.

Anyway, school's starting soon. My once enthusiam for returning has slowly reverted back to an apprehensive, "I-dun-wanna-go-baaack" mindset. I have that Big Bro - Lil' Bro thingee on the 15th, book sale on the 12th and 11th, and I have to call about my scheduling on the 8th. School starts on the 18th, BUT I have that Melee tournament the weekend before. Heh heh... this'll be fun.

On a sadder note, all the ducklings I once had are now deceased due to adverse weather conditions and lack of a loose dog patrol.

I miss Fuzzles. That cute lil' bastard of a duck stole my heart. =(

Hmm, time for some basketball again, I suppose. I need to keep up. I wanna drive s'more, but no cars are left at the house during the day for me to do so. Bah...

Greg is quite depressed, for he cannot find his lost necklace which holds much sentimental value. The design is a gift from my cousins in the Philippines, and according to them, cost a lot as well. The pendant is from my frosh year at Strake, which in turn was blessed by the Pope, etc, etc. And besides... it looks REALLY neat. =(

*sigh*

Oh well, I get to drive next year!!

Hmm...

Today was great. I actually got to get out of the house and go over to Allen's for the first time. Nice house really, quaint, quiet orderly and conventional. Nothing I can really say about it. I wish everyone would visit my house sometime, especially my room.

Anyway, first order of business. Melee. WOW, heh... 3 on 1, them on me, 5 stock... I beat them all three times. With Peach. Wow. Afterwards was Halo, some Dead or Alive and some racing game on the X-box. Mario Kart too, nostalgic fun. I wish we went into the pool or played some basketball. Some of the guys rode in a golf cart around the house.

Nothing much else except for music, pizza, pictures and piano. Allen keeps getting lost driving around.

Wow, everyone I wrote above has no sense of chronological order.

OH MY EFFING GOD!!

Okay, excuse me for a moment while I conceal stereotypical masculinity for the next onslaught of seizure-inducing reading material below...

WOOOHOOO! YAAAAAAY! THE DUCKIES HATCHED! There's this mother duck that's been chillin' in our front yard for a month! And TODAY, ALL HER EGGS HATCHED!! THERE ARE A DOZEN LIL' DUCKLINGS FUMBLING AROUND IN OUR LAWN! REPLY WITH NAMES FOR THE DUCKLINGS!! Wonder where the dad is? =\

Next to penguins, I adore ducks. My brother and I feeding them like crazy. Poor under-fed, ignored fish of Randy's though... I pity him/her. ^_^;

IF YOU ARE STILL READING MY JOURNAL ENTRY AND ENJOY THE FEELING OF PANGS IN YOUR STOMACH DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING FLOOD OF HYSTERICAL LAUGHTER CAUSED BY... well, FUNNY SHTUFF:

Then you'll enjoy the derogatory, comical and perverted humor of TRIUMPH, THE INSULT COMIC DOG!! Especially "Triumph - Star Wars". Laugh as hard as you want; just be careful not to stain your clothes.

Other things... um, my room is a COMPLETE, utter mess flooded with a smorgasbord of paraphernalia, all thanks to a lil' recent cleaning endeavor I've been convinced to begin. I've found my parents' old high school yearbooks (respectively, since they came from different schools). I also found some of my writing back in middle school and a WHOLE bunch of pictures, drawings and old memories of.. well, unmemorable events. But no matter, cleaning up my room is something I really don't mind. SOOO MANY MEMORIES THOUGH! ^.^;;

But everything is fixed/will be fixed. Basketball lately has been better, much much better; my brother actually fell over trying to keep up with me one time. Just came back from a haircut, and I'm already getting comments on it. O.o;;

I'm going to start naming the ducklings now. I've already named one of the fuzziest ones "Fuzzles", he looks like a rather-large regurgitated hairball of swirled black and yellow. Okay, that didn't SOUND cute, but rather, he IS the cutest.

My life...

Something's wrong with it, I can't feel happy anymore. I dream of nightmares I've had as a child... and I'm beginning to retrogress in that direction, reviving lil' childish traits in me, such as naivete, insecurity and lack of general faith in others, even those close to me. I'm sorry, everyone; I just haven't been myself lately. I have an unusually short temper with my little brother, whom has really gotten under my skin lately.

I'm not depressed; rather, I just feel disconnected from the world, which is something that I should've expected to happen one day or another.

Well, here's a review of what I did the past week. I went on a road trips with my parents to visit colleges: Trinity, Baylor, UT in Austin, UT is Dallas and Rice (well, Rice is right downtown). Trinity has an ABSOLUTELY beautiful campus, like the pinnacle of nature's most breath-taking beauty surrounded by an academic institution. Baylor has really well laid out buildings... neat, practical, structured. Plus, they have REALLY, REALLY good coffee. Frozen mochaccinos!! WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT!!

Other than that, I went to a few outlet malls and bought:
• Seiko watch from my dad, so I'd stop borrowing his
• A few Armani stuff, my new favorite T-shirt ^^;;
• A BRAND NEW CAR!! Well, model cars actually.. RX-8, Viper, Vanquish V12 (YAY!!!)
• A few books, one with essays of "philosophies of life", and a couple about the college selection process
• A new CD player that picks up radio and TV stations (o.O;;), my bro keeps getting my other one
• New shoes: AND 1, size 12.. WOO.
• Cool Water cologne, best-smelling shtuff there is.
• New headphones

I'm not spoiled, really. I haven't bought anything for myself besides food at school and my Gamecube way back when. Besides, I earn my money.. o.o;;

Other than that, we just loitered around the towns, and ate at Chinese restaurants. I was rereading some Harry Potter shtuff during dinner, and the owner says:

"OOOH. What are thaaat book you reading!"
"Um, Harry Potter."
"OOOH. What kind book is that!"
"Fiction."
"WOW, a dictionary! OOOOKAY!"

He seemed pretty senile already without the odd misinterpretation. My brother starting crying out in snorts of laughter after hearing that.

For the love of noodles, does ANYONE know how to override the font settings on your journal page? Actually, I'd look it up myself, but I'm just a complicated mass of unexplainable stupidity.

I think I'm addicted to coffee... I get this out-of-body, peace-of-mind, spiritually gratifying sensation whenever I drink some. Yeah... ^.^;; I've been making A LOT lately... this Victorian Cinnamon Hazelnut Mocha Cappuccino Mix is really uplifting while finishing HP. What IS my actual summer reading anyway? *looks that up*

Anyways, I'm in need of something good to listen to. Please, if you want to save my sanity, comment this entry with SOMETHING, ANYTHING! I need muuuusic. X____X;;
